Pengaruh Manajemen Kelas Terhadap Disiplin Siswa Sekolah Dasar Negeri Jiwan 02 Kecamatan Jiwan Kabupaten Madiun

This study aims to determine the effect of classroom management implemented by teachers on student discipline levels in elementary schools. Student discipline is a crucial factor in creating a conducive learning environment and supporting optimal learning outcomes. This study used a quantitative approach with a survey method. The subjects were fifth-grade students at a public elementary school in [location name]. Data were collected through questionnaires and observations of teacher classroom management practices and student disciplinary behavior during the learning process. The analysis showed a positive and significant relationship between classroom management and student discipline. The better the classroom management implemented by teachers, the higher the level of student discipline in the classroom. This finding indicates that teachers play a crucial role in shaping student discipline through effective classroom management strategies. This study recommends classroom management training for teachers as an effort to improve the quality of learning in elementary schools.
