Learning outcomes are one of the indicators to determine the success or failure of the implementation of education. Learning outcomes are influenced by several factors including the learning environment and learning discipline. Students who have a good learning environment will affect the learning outcomes obtained. Likewise, students who have high learning discipline will affect high learning outcomes. Empirical facts show that the average social studies learning outcomes are that some students have not completed. The students' learning environment is still not good. Students' learning discipline is still not good. This study aims to determine the effect of the learning environment and learning discipline on the social studies learning outcomes of class IV SDN Maospati 3. The study used the ex post facto method. The sampling technique for this study was simple random sampling. The research instruments were unstructured interview guidelines, the Social Studies Mid-Semester Exam (UTS) document in the even semester of the 2021/2022 academic year, and a valid and reliable learning environment and learning discipline questionnaire. Descriptive analysis used a 5-scale conversion guideline and an index value formula. The research data has met the analysis prerequisite tests, namely the normality, linearity, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity tests. Hypothesis testing is simple correlation analysis, simple regression analysis, multiple regression analysis, multiple correlation analysis, simultaneous regression coefficient test, and determination test. The results of the study are (1) There is a significant influence between the learning environment on social studies learning outcomes with the results of the study and the correlation of both is (0.312) or low. The contribution of the learning environment to social studies learning outcomes is 9.7%; (2) There is a significant influence between learning discipline on social studies learning outcomes and the correlation of both is in the low category (0.315). The contribution of learning discipline to social studies learning outcomes is 9.9%; (3) There is a significant influence between the learning environment and learning discipline on social studies learning outcomes and the multiple correlation is in the high category (0.8318). The contribution of the learning environment and learning discipline to social studies learning outcomes is 11.2%. Thus, there is an influence of the learning environment and learning discipline on social studies learning outcomes. The research suggestions are: (1) students should improve the quality of their friends for studying at home, (2) teachers should instill a disciplined character by reprimanding students who are not orderly during learning, (3) schools should provide character training to create a climate of discipline that is embedded in students' daily lives at school.
