The problem in this study was students' low social studies learning outcomes, the school learning environment that could be more optimal, and students who still need high learning motivation in the learning process. The purpose of this study was to find out (1) the relationship between the school learning environment and social studies learning outcomes of fourth grade elementary school students, (2) the relationship between motivation and social studies learning outcomes of fourth grade elementary school students, (3) the relationship between school learning environment and students' learning motivation class IV SD, (4) the relationship between the school learning environment and learning motivation with social studies learning outcomes for students in class IV SD. This type of research is quantitative with the method of ex-post facto correlation. The population consisted of 173 students and the sample was determined using a random sampling technique with a total of 64 students. The data collection technique uses a documentation study for variable Y and a Likert scale questionnaire (questionnaire) to collect data X1 and X2. Data analysis techniques use product moment correlation and multiple correlation. The conclusions of the results (1) there is a positive and significant relationship between the school learning environment and the learning outcomes of students in class IV SD with a correlation coefficient of 0.464, (2) there is a positive and significant relationship between learning motivation and the learning outcomes of students in class IV SD with a correlation coefficient value of 0.668, (3) there is a positive and significant relationship between learning motivation and the school learning environment of fourth grade elementary school students with a correlation coefficient value of 0.539, (4) there is a positive and significant relationship between the school learning environment and motivation learning with IPS learning outcomes of fourth grade elementary school students with a correlation coefficient value of 0.686 is at the "strong" level.
