Peningkatan Prestasi Belajar Penjaskes Materi Gerak Dasar Melompat Menerapkan Metode Demonstrasi Pada Siswa Kelas II SD Negeri 1 Wonokromo Semester I Tahun 2019/2020
Abstract
Motion as a physical activity is the basis for humans to know the world and themselves
which naturally develops in line with the times. Moving for children is a very important need and almost
all of their time is spent moving. In the learning process, children perform various movement tasks
according to their level of growth and development so that in the development process, physical
education has a content of learning motion that is directed at achieving physical goals and motor
development. In learning physical education in elementary schools, there are many obstacles. This
obstacle was also experienced by second grade students of SD Negeri 1 Wonokromo. At the time of
learning physical education in the field there are still many students who are less active in moving
because they feel bored with repeated movements, this requires the development of learning models,
learning strategies, and learning approaches that are adapted to students' conditions, resulting in active
learning, innovative, creative, effective, and fun.
This classroom action research aims to find out an objective picture of improving physical education
learning achievement in basic motion material using the demonstration method for second grade students
of SD Negeri 1 Wonokromo Semester I 2019/2020. In accordance with the analysis of the results of the
research that has been carried out, it can be concluded that the learning achievement of Physical
Education for Basic Movement Materials Jumping by applying the demonstration method method for
Class II Semester I Year 2019/2020 students at SD Negeri 1 Wonokromo has increased. This can be seen
from the increase in the average score and student completeness. The average value of pre-cycle students
is 69.00 with 57.14% learning completeness, in Cycle I the average value is 74.93 with 64.29% learning
completeness, and Cycle II the average value is 86.93 with 100% completeness.
